  I come to Panera almost every week. Sometimes twice a week! I loooove this place! I am so comfortable here it's almost like my home away from home. Janet the hostess is so kind and helpful! She introduces me to new soups and sandwiches almost every time. She is so caring and bubbly. She is the main reason I keep coming back. Besides the food being delicious! I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

  The food is always fresh and tasty. The big guy at the drive-thru is fast, efficient, and friendly. I just don't like how they do away with my favorites. Every time I start to really like something, next time it's gone! Change is bad! LOL Some attention/improvement could be made to the rewards program, also.
