  I have always had a great experience here up until tonight, it seems that the night staff has no idea how to properly and efficiently run a quiet restaurant. The waitress could not remember who ordered what drink or meal, and was extremely rude and incompetent. I wanted substitutions for my meal, and I was told they would only do it this last time, and gave me nothing but attitude about the substitution. Then to hear her yell across the restaurant about how much of an issue it is to substitute and inconvenient is to them made my appetite just disappear. I used to come here about every other week and had nothing but the friendliest staff and they were always breaking the expectations, but this staff has dropped the ball. The food tonight was also disappointing, the hashbrowns were burnt, there was a few eggshells in the eggs, and the eggs weren't fully cooked either. Sad to say i will have to only visit during the popular hours to avoid getting stuck with this disappointment again.
